Role

As the Video Content Producer at DiLucci CPA Firm, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming raw content—Q&A sessions, podcasts, and long-form videos—into strategic, engaging assets for our audience across platforms. Your mission is to expand our impact by crafting compelling short-form and long-form content, repurposing videos into high-value educational and promotional materials, and ensuring our message is consistent, clear, and powerful.

You’ll work closely with our video editor to plan, execute, and oversee production workflows, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice and optimized for every channel—from YouTube and Instagram to our email list and online community. You'll also take ownership of coordinating in-person filming sessions, supporting production for everything from quick reels to full podcast episodes and ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically repurpose long-form content (video/podcasts/Q&As) into short-form videos, carousels, emails, and social media content.

  • Write repurposed video content into captions, emails, and community posts that are clear, engaging, and on-brand.

  • Oversee execution and publishing of both long-form and short-form videos in collaboration with our video editor.

  • Coordinate and manage in-person filming days for short-form content, podcast episodes, and video ads.

  • Ensure all content is optimized for platform-specific performance (Instagram, YouTube, Email, etc.).

  • Work with our team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaign directions that align with marketing goals.

  • Maintain consistency of tone, style, and branding across all visual and written content.

  • Stay ahead of trends in social media, video editing, and platform algorithms.

Results

  • Weekly content calendar is planned and executed in advance.

  • All filming days are effectively organized and run smoothly.

  • At least 3-5 short-form clips are produced per long-form piece.

  • Social and video content drives increased reach, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Repurposed content is published across channels consistently, with strategic use of captions and messaging.

  • Team communication remains clear and efficient across all projects.

  • Brand presence is continually elevated through high-quality, engaging video and written content.

Requirements

  • Strong background in social content strategy and creative storytelling.

  • Experience with filming and video editing (you don’t have to be the editor, but you understand the process).

  • Strong writing skills for digital platforms (social posts, email content, etc.).

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams at once.

  • Comfortable on-set and capable of managing shoot logistics.

  • Understands short-form trends, YouTube strategy, and how to craft thumb-stopping content.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with editing tools, Google Drive, and project management tools.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of tax/accounting space or financial education content.
