As the Senior Tax Reviewer at DiLucci CPA Firm, you’ll serve as a critical leader within our Tax Team—responsible for reviewing complex individual and business returns and ensuring each return reflects the highest level of accuracy and compliance. You’ll work closely with preparers and tax staff to provide guidance, resolve technical issues, and uphold our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address tax-related questions and concerns

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and firm procedures

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry changes

Results

  • All tax returns are reviewed and completed accurately and on time

  • Strong client relationships are maintained through clear and consistent communication

  • Internal processes and tax compliance are upheld at the highest standards

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business and individual tax prep experience

  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

  • Willingness to mentor and lead a team as the role evolves
