Role Overview

If you enjoy advising business owners through real, strategic tax planning—and want full ownership of client strategy and outcomes—our Senior Tax Planner role is for you.

DiLucci CPA Firm has been serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. For nearly two decades, we’ve built a reputation for doing tax differently—by going deeper than compliance, telling clients the truth, and using the tax code strategically to protect and grow their wealth.

Our mission is simple: help clients keep more of what they earn while giving them clarity, confidence, and a long-term plan. We believe tax planning should be proactive, not reactive—and that great service comes from expertise, communication, and genuine care.

As a Senior Tax Planner at DiLucci CPA, you are the owner of tax strategy for a defined portfolio of business-owner clients. This is a senior, client-facing role built for a tax professional who wants real responsibility, real autonomy, and real impact—not layers of review or academic exercises.

You will lead tax planning conversations end-to-end: running initial strategy calls, designing and delivering 10–15 high-quality tax plans per month, and maintaining ongoing quarterly planning relationships with your clients. Your success is measured by clarity of strategy, quality of execution, and the confidence your clients have in your guidance.

This is not a training role and not a position for someone who needs constant oversight. You are expected to arrive ready to evaluate scenarios, make judgment calls, communicate clearly, and own outcomes. You’ll collaborate with firm leadership on complex or edge-case planning, but day-to-day execution is yours to run.

At DiLucci CPA, we work with serious business owners and hold ourselves to a high bar: Genuine Care, Great Communication, Speed to Learning, and Fun Tax Energy. This role sits at the center of that standard—and is designed for someone who wants to be trusted, relied on, and valued for their expertise.
