As a Tax Planner at DiLucci CPA Firm, you’ll work directly with Jasmine DiLucci to research complex tax issues, craft strategic plans, and help clients implement proactive strategies that minimize their IRS burden and keep more of what they earn. You’ll also collaborate with our internal team to ensure every plan is rooted in solid return prep and integrated across compliance, bookkeeping, and planning.

Meet with clients to deliver and explain strategic tax plans
Design and implement proactive tax strategies tailored to each client’s situation
Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
Identify mid-year opportunities to update or adjust strategies
Maintain strong relationships through clear communication and education
Stay up to date on changes in tax law, especially small business and real estate
Clients feel confident in their tax strategy and understand the “why” behind it
All planning deliverables are accurate, customized, and delivered on time
Opportunities for tax savings are identified well in advance of deadlines
Clients receive consistent, expert guidance across all touchpoints
Our internal systems and processes are strengthened with your feedback
Tax Attorney or CPA license required
3–7+ years experience (including experience with tax return preparation)
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex tax concepts
Confident in reading and interpreting tax returns and financial reports
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Open to learning and evolving with our firm’s processes and planning systems
